How does Roblox group payout work with invoicing?

Kovix works alongside Roblox's group payout system. You create an invoice on Kovix and send it to your client. Your client pays you via Roblox group payout, then marks the invoice as paid on Kovix. Kovix records the payment and tracks your earnings over time.

What is the difference between a Creator and a Client on Kovix?

A Creator is a Roblox freelancer or developer who sends invoices to collect Robux. A Client is someone who receives invoices and pays for services. Most Roblox developers sign up as Creators, though you can be both — Kovix shows you any invoices sent to you regardless of your role.

Does Kovix take a percentage of my Robux?

No. Kovix charges a flat monthly subscription fee for Pro features. It does not take any percentage or cut of the Robux you earn. Every Robux your client pays goes directly to you.

How do I track my Roblox commission payments?

Kovix provides a full dashboard with your earnings history, invoice pipeline, revenue chart, and pending payments. Every invoice you send is tracked through statuses — Pending, Viewed, Paid, and Overdue — so you always know exactly where each commission stands.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Kovix, a service operated by Vylix Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("Kovix", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Kovix platform, website, APIs, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You must have a valid Roblox account to register. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so by any applicable law or regulation.

By using the Service you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it up to date.

The Service

Kovix is an invoicing and payment-collection platform designed for Roblox creators and freelancers ("Creators"). Creators use the Service to generate invoices denominated in Robux and to collect payment from clients ("Clients") via Roblox's in-game purchasing system. The Service also provides earnings tracking, payout requests, and optional Pro plan features.

Kovix is operated by Vylix Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Vylix Group Ltd's own terms and privacy policy are available at vylix.net/terms and vylix.net/privacy-policy. These Kovix Terms govern your use of the Kovix Service specifically.

Kovix is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Use of the Service is subject to Roblox's own Terms of Service and Community Standards in addition to these Terms.

Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@kovix.app if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or requests by law enforcement.

Creator & Client Roles

Users are assigned one of two roles at registration:

Creator — may create, send, and manage invoices; access earnings summaries; request payouts; and integrate the Service with Roblox games via the API.
Client — may view and pay invoices directed to their Roblox account. Clients have a limited feature set.

We reserve the right to change a user's role, downgrade a Creator to Client, or restrict features at any time, including for non-payment, policy violations, or at our discretion.

Invoices & Payments

5.1 Invoice Creation

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of all invoices they create, including the stated amount, description, and recipient. Kovix does not verify the existence or legitimacy of the underlying transaction and accepts no liability for disputes between Creators and Clients.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed entirely within the Roblox ecosystem using Robux. By using the Service's game API, you acknowledge that all payment transactions are subject to Roblox's Developer Exchange (DevEx) programme rules and Roblox's own Terms of Service. Kovix has no control over Roblox's payment infrastructure and is not responsible for failed, delayed, or reversed transactions caused by Roblox.

5.3 Robux Is Not Currency

Robux is a virtual currency issued by Roblox Corporation and has no guaranteed monetary value outside of Roblox's DevEx programme. Kovix makes no representation about the exchange rate or redeemable value of Robux. All amounts displayed on the Service are denominated in Robux and do not constitute real-money obligations on Kovix's part.

5.4 Idempotency & Duplicate Payments

The Service uses idempotency keys to prevent duplicate payment recording. In the event a payment is recorded more than once due to a technical fault, we will investigate and correct the earnings balance; we are not liable for temporary discrepancies.

Platform Fees

Kovix charges a 10% platform fee on all Robux earnings processed through the Service, regardless of plan. The fee is deducted before your net payout is calculated and applies equally to Free and Pro plan users.

Platform fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change the fee rate at any time with at least 14 days' notice posted on the Service or sent by email. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new rate. The fee is calculated on the gross Robux amount received before Roblox's own marketplace deductions.

Payouts & Withdrawals

7.1 Eligibility

To request a payout you must:

Hold the Creator role.
Have a non-zero available earnings balance.
Be an active member of the designated Kovix holdings group on Roblox (the "Holdings Group"). The current Holdings Group URL is provided within the Service and may change at our discretion.
Have been a member of the Holdings Group for a continuous period of at least 14 calendar daysprior to the payout request (the "Waiting Period"). The Waiting Period restarts if you leave and rejoin the group.
Have no other payout request currently pending.
Have an account in good standing (not suspended or under investigation).

7.2 Payout Process

Payout requests are reviewed and approved manually by Kovix staff. We aim to process requests within a reasonable timeframe but do not guarantee any specific processing time. Submission of a payout request is not a guarantee of payment; we reserve the right to reject, delay, or hold any payout request at our sole discretion, including for fraud prevention, compliance, or verification purposes.

Upon approval, Robux will be disbursed to your Roblox account via the Holdings Group. You remain solely responsible for compliance with Roblox's DevEx rules and any tax obligations arising from virtual-currency receipts in your jurisdiction.

7.3 Payout Calculation

Your available payout balance is calculated as the sum of all Robux received on invoices since your last approved payout, less the applicable platform fee. Once a payout is approved, your available balance resets to zero. Earnings accrued after approval are tracked independently.

7.4 Cancellation & Rejection

We may reject a payout request for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud; unresolved disputes; inability to verify group membership; or platform maintenance. A rejected request does not forfeit your earnings — the balance remains available for a future request unless we determine the earnings were obtained fraudulently, in which case we may withhold them entirely.

7.5 No Guaranteed Liquidity

Kovix is a software platform and does not operate a financial institution or payment services business. We do not guarantee the availability of Robux for payout at any given time. In exceptional circumstances — including Roblox outages, account restrictions imposed by Roblox, or force majeure events — payouts may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. We will not be liable for losses arising from such delays.

7.6 Suspended Accounts

If your account is suspended, all pending payout requests will be placed on hold for the duration of the suspension. We reserve the right to permanently withhold payouts for accounts terminated due to fraud, policy violations, or illegal activity.

Pro Plan & Subscription Billing

8.1 Pro Features

The Pro plan unlocks additional features including unlimited invoices, line items, due dates, CSV export, and AI-assisted tools. The specific features available under each plan may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

8.2 Payment & Renewal

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on the applicable renewal date. All subscription fees are denominated in real currency (not Robux).

8.3 Free Trial

We may offer a limited free trial of the Pro plan. Each user is eligible for at most one free trial. At the end of the trial period your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

8.4 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal. Following cancellation your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. The platform fee remains 10% on both plans.

Refunds may be issued on a pro-rated basis for unused days remaining in the current billing period, at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us at support@kovix.app within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are not guaranteed and will not be issued for periods during which the Pro features were actively used, for free trial conversions, or where we determine the refund request is abusive. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

8.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use of the Pro plan after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Attempt to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or abuse the payout system.
Create invoices for fictitious, inflated, or non-existent services.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service in a manner not expressly permitted.
Impersonate any person, entity, or Roblox user.
Submit false or misleading information to us or to other users.
Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any other user.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation, including terminating accounts and reporting to law enforcement.

Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or abuse; inactivity; legal obligation; or our business decision to discontinue the Service.

On suspension, you will be unable to access the Service or request payouts. On termination, all your data may be permanently deleted after a retention period consistent with our Privacy Policy. We are not liable to you or any third party for suspension or termination.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@kovix.app. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees or unprocessed Robux earnings where the earnings balance is zero.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, logos, and content produced by Kovix, is owned by or licensed to Kovix and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the Service.

By uploading or submitting content to the Service (such as invoice descriptions or profile information) you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Roblox Corporation, Stripe (payment processing), and others. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or availability of any third-party service.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE VALUE OF ROBUX, THE AVAILABILITY OF ROBLOX'S DEVEX PROGRAMME, OR ROBLOX'S CONTINUED OPERATION. ANY CHANGES TO ROBLOX'S PLATFORM, POLICIES, OR PROGRAMMES THAT AFFECT THE SERVICE ARE OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL AND WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR RESULTING LOSSES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KOVIX, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR VIRTUAL CURRENCY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KOVIX IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) £50 GBP.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kovix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms you must stop using the Service.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kovix with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
